  • Sara’s class is low-impact and Pilates-based. It’s designed for you to get the most efficient whole-body workout from your living room. Each class is only 30 minutes and works on deep core strength and sculpts your body in a beautiful way. You will feel a burn in your muscles like never before and break a good sweat.

  • High-intensity interval training sessions are commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated rounds of high-intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. The goal here is to really get your heart pumping and train muscle endurance.

The goal of the Mini series is to serve women that don’t have 30 minutes a day to move but still want to get some exercise in.   • Our most popular class type, the yoga flows are soft yet powerful Vinyasa flows. Every flow is unique and works on connecting the mind and body with the breath. The movements are led by the breath and in a soft way for you to be able to disconnect from the world and just be. The classes increase our balance, and flexibility, and decrease our stress and tension.

  • Here you can take a little pause from your busy life. The meditations are here to help you establish a sustainable and manageable meditation practice in addition to your workouts. Taking time to nourish our mind and inner wellbeing is equally important as physical activity and you will notice the benefits from just a few minutes of meditation. Each meditation has its own purpose and focus and they range from 5-15 minutes.

  • The Breathwork classes offer an additional complement to your health routine. Improving your recovery and oxygen uptake ability are just two of many factors that make breathwork a valuable addition to your other workouts. In addition, becoming more aware of your breathing on a daily basis can reduce stress, help you become more present, and has many other health benefits. Each class has a different purpose and focus. The length of the classes varies from short exercises of 5-10 minutes to longer sessions of 30 minutes. Feel free to start with the introduction class and continue your exploration from there.
